You need to ensure that all labels of the products you return/exchange are intact.And ensure that the product must be in the same state as when you received it,not worn or unused.You also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

All applications for product returns and exchanges must meet the following conditions.

If there is a problem with the product, the return period is 30 days

If your return is accepted,we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package.Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The product does not match the original specifications,or it is found that the product does not match the product you actually purchased.

If a replacement is required,please note that it will take at least 30 days to receive the replacement product.

Before shipping the return to us,you need to contact our staff within 3 days to ensure that your application can be processed on time.

After your returned goods are processed by us, we will refund you. It takes about 3-5 days for the refund to arrive in your account.

Please note that our order is shipped free of charge. If you are not satisfied with the product or choose the wrong size, we will not bear the return shipping cost.

We do not assume any responsibility for the inability to ship ordered products due to insufficient inventory.Order validation is not considered as order confirmation.
